My wife had an issue with one of their service department staff members, after she heard the staff member make fun of another customer. Instead of fixing the problem, they are refusing to do an oil change wh staff members, after she heard the staff member make fun of another customer. Instead of fixing the problem, they are refusing to do an oil change which they are required to complete based on the sales contract. We'll contact Nissan of America and file a complain against this unprofessional dealership as well as the FL CFO and the Air Force Base commander to let them know how military personnel are treated by these people.
