Both Anthony and all the other employees were fantastic! Anthony was great in going over the Rogue Sport S and the amazing parts of the car! Anthony gave me specific information on the newer items on the Rogue Sport and when he arrived with the white car was exactly as he described. Anthony went over all the items on the steering wheel and how my Apple phone worked with music and all the different aspects of the sound system. I am very pleased with Anthony and how well he handled the paperwork but Anthony left with the paperwork. I have no proof that I purchased the car. More

Untrustworthy & no accountability I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cos I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cost me over $500. After contacting the General Manager (Brendan O'Brien), he put little to no effort in resolving this. After giving me the go-around and making himself unavailable for over a week, he concluded and said he did not "feel" he was obligated to resolve or address this. Due to this experience I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Josh was amazing. He met us promply, very friendly, knew every answer about the Rogue. He made everything we asked for happen! We started on the internet, then the phone and went to see the car. So it's been 19 years since I purchased a new vehicle and was in no rush. Main reason for me looking was I wanted to get many of the new safety features offered in today's cars. I have been to different dealerships in last 6 weeks, some okay, some not. So decided to give Courtesy a shot. Used them many years ago for service on my maxima which wasn't purchased there. So being a research internet person went to YELP to read your review's. The name Anthony Rivas kept popping up with outstanding customer reviews so before coming down I called and asked for Anthony to call me when free. He returned call in a few mins, told him I was in no rush to purchase but I would like to have him as my salesman. He said come on down will find the right car for you, whatever you need. Well the reviews were right, had no stress or pressure at all and he is funny and a pleasure to work with. I could write alot more but to sum it all up I ended up buying a 2019 Rogue Sport mainly because of the great service and information given by Anthony. I will for sure reccomend your dealership and him to my friends if they are thinking of purchasing a Nissan. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Give him a raise😄 Overall I was also impressed with the whole dealership. More
