Started an online chat who then hooked me up with someone at their dealership. Person texting me was extremely ill mannered via text. Stopped in was greeted by an outstanding customer service oriented sales at their dealership. Person texting me was extremely ill mannered via text. Stopped in was greeted by an outstanding customer service oriented sales person. We were told because I started communicating with someone else I was forced to continue on with the person that had been texting me. Stated they have a 3 day rule? I actually didn't have an appointment we were walk ins. I was appalled that I had money in hand to purchase a new car and was being forced to deal with a sales person I did not want to work with. This particular person was nice, not a go getter, did not go the extra mile. Felt like he was either tired or not interested . Upon emailing a complaint to their manager, I was contacted and told I could come back and have the other sales person??? I went to another Nissan dealership and purchased same day. I am sure they could care less about losing the sale of one car...but will never go back to this dealership in the future. More

I purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Sentra from this dealership two years ago. Before purchasing the car, they replaced the hood with a new coat of paint (the previous owner had an aftermarket hood on i dealership two years ago. Before purchasing the car, they replaced the hood with a new coat of paint (the previous owner had an aftermarket hood on it) in order to sell it as a certified pre-owned vehicle. The issues first started when they did not align the hood correctly when installing it. The hood was completely misaligned on one side with a large massive gap the size of your finger, and a gap thinner than the thickness of a dime on the other side. After multiple visits back to have them realign the hood they at least evened the gaps on both sides so they would be symmetrical, but nontheless not satisfactory. Now I am having large pieces of paint chip off of the front hood and bumper with Courtesy Nissan not willing to warranty it. The car has been driven for 6k miles (city) within the last two years, and already the paint is flaking off. The clearcoat below the headlights is already wearing off. This car has been barely driven in this time period (sitting in a garage or under a car cover). I don't know if this is a sentiment to Nissan's subpar quality. Be wary of getting a car with this dealer. The post-purchase customer service is dreadful, they will go to great lengths to not honor their warranties. A Honda or Toyota will give you much better quality. More
My 6th purchase of a brand new car and I finally came across a lemon, unfortunate for me. Airbag sensor defective, the horn continues to sound once used and I have to turn car off to disable, shift gear across a lemon, unfortunate for me. Airbag sensor defective, the horn continues to sound once used and I have to turn car off to disable, shift gear does not work, cig lighter/chargers nor does my internal lights work. 3 years old, 60K miles. I know out of warranty but how do you do preventative on shift gear and air bag sensor? Dealership stated they have never heard of this for a car only 3 yrs old. I have lost trust in the Nissan Brand. 935.00 to repair the sensor, 400.00 to repair the horn. They informed me safety issue and if in accident I want be protected by airbags. My life at risk due to their defective product and I have to pay. Way to take care of your customers Nissan. I am highly disappointed in your decision and you have my business and word of mouth to everyone of how great your company is. I will trade the lemon, as much as I loved my first Nissan the second one has left a bitter taste for me. I will share this experience with anyone who will listen. Nissan doesn’t care about the customers but the bottom line. You don’t build a strong long term healthy bottom line like this. 935.00 to replace a defective airbag sensor and place my life at risk. Bad publicity for Nissan. On a positive note the sales guy Oscar was great! More
