I purchased my Nissan Versa 2020 my sales representative Anthony Rivas, I have never ever in my life met such as honest man run here run there even when not feeling well. Took my 2018 Nissan Frontier in today. Brandon was the service guy. I could not get the truck to shift out of park without hitting the release pin. It was $168.00 just to look at it. After looking at it Brandon said it would cost $1000. I took it to another repair facility which stated worst case scenario it would cost $400. Courtesy Nissan gave me a high price just to get the diagnostic fee without having to do any work. I will never do business with them again. What a bunch of crooks. More

They keep sending me mailers stating they will give me over 21k for my 2018 Rogue. Last time they sent one I contacted the guy on it named Marco they list as a sales mngr there and he never responded. I s over 21k for my 2018 Rogue. Last time they sent one I contacted the guy on it named Marco they list as a sales mngr there and he never responded. I said something on FB and they gave me some # to call that didn't even work. I decided to stop in their dealership anyways to show them the mailer to call their bluff in person and sure enough they didn't want to offer me anything near 21k for my trade even through it has less than 19k miles on it and the range its worth is 22-24k on KBB. The sales guy basically admitted it was all a marketing ploy to get me stop by. He went to the sales mngr to work a deal and came back like an hour later with numbers that didn't even make sense. I said email me the deal never heard back, he didn't want the deal, like the last salesman I had when I went there. You would think they would service someone that has already bought from them better than this. Marketing needs to stop sending me stuff that their sales dept has no idea about and has no intention of honoring, also list someone on the mailer that will actually respond to it. Overall incompetence from a supposedly highly rated dealership. More
I worked with Terry Phillips and he was amazing! I wasn't sure if it would be possible to trade in my car and qualify for an exchange. Terry was friendly, dedicated, and got it done!
