To: SERVICE DEPARTMENT This is the second opportunity that I have visited this car dealership. The first time when I bought my used Toyota Tacoma 2017 was on March 31, 2023. I was treated right and with that I have visited this car dealership. The first time when I bought my used Toyota Tacoma 2017 was on March 31, 2023. I was treated right and with respect then. The second visit was today because, during the last oil change performed in the same car dealership, the mechanic tighten up the oil filter too much to the point that was impossible for me to get it out at home in order to make the first oil change, so I decided to take back to the car dealership for its removal. Initially, the service person at the front was trying to make me pay for the job, saying that I had to pay for an oil change in spite of my explanation that the last oil change had been made by the dealership during the inspection prior to the car sell and they were responsible for over thigth the oil filter. There is a very kind person working there in Service, his name is Bryan who heard me explaining to the service guy my situation and jumped into the conversation and offered to help me saying I was not supposed to pay. This review is because Bryan who told me was a veteran. People like Bryan are the ones we need everywhere. He showed me respect and comprehension and deserves to be promoted to a higher position in this job place. THANK YOU BRYAN. Where ever I see you again count on me if you need any help. !! I was impressed with your knowledge of the car but even more impressed with the fact that you went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase. In addition, Sebastian Bertrand, the finance manager, spent the time to present all the available options to make the purchase possible. Quite honestly, I was surprised at how helpful everyone was to make buying a car such an enjoyable and fun experience.
