I selected a $20 promotion with a $45 air filter charge replacement. And the total bill came out to $135. The car was purchase on the 7 and y’all trying to drag it out to 30 days , you call my phone and clearly stated if y’all have wait for the part and it’s on back order the deal would be reverse now you want out to 30 days , you call my phone and clearly stated if y’all have wait for the part and it’s on back order the deal would be reverse now you want me to wait 5 days for the part to come from Canada then the additional time frame to get it fix which I’m sure would be additional days closing on that 30 day mark This a text message sent to Aaron smith after he stated he would not trap me in a car in which the parts where on back order . Service standards really need to be reviewed. A routine oil change and tire rotation caused me more time than it should have. Due to the fact the oil was over filled the oil change had to be done A routine oil change and tire rotation caused me more time than it should have. Due to the fact the oil was over filled the oil change had to be done again. I’m thankful I immediately noticed the shaking before leaving the parking lot and noticed it wasn’t reset (was still beeping that it needed an oil change). Three days later my splash guard started hanging and I had to have it secured at another dealership due to the fact I was out of town. I called the manager at Courtesy and was left feeling like it was my mistake and “if” it was their fault he was sorry and that they didn’t touch that part. That part does have to be touched; whether you slide it or take it off for an oil change. I take care of my car and I understand things happen, when they do I notice them immediately and take care of them. So when I put something I care about in somebody else’s hands I ask that you treat it with respect; Courtesy didn’t do that. I’ve never had issues with shaking, a lose splash guard and it obviously seems like a connection to the oil change would be there. Frustrated, though not surprised, this is how the relationship started when I bought the car. People leave, standards change and quality falls. Sad. More
