I had a horrible experience with the used car department. I was given an out the door price on a vehicle. After never getting a follow up call, I went ahead and called the dealership back. I was handled very I was given an out the door price on a vehicle. After never getting a follow up call, I went ahead and called the dealership back. I was handled very disrespectfully by an associate. He asked me if I could read and speak English! I ended the call with him immediately. I then called a manager who told me that he was sorry about the associate acting this way. He was also sorry to say that the car I wanted was being sold as we spoke. He then added that if the deal fell threw he would call me the next day and honor the price in the email quote. I never got a call back. I then had my wife call and inquire about the vehicle. Sure enough the car was still in stock. We went to the dealership and they said sorry we can’t honor the price we quoted you on our accleride email. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to have a decent car buying experience. More

Worst vehicle buying experience ever. It is rare I give a review, but I couldn’t let this one go without sharing our experience with others. Made an appointment to see 2 2020 Nissan Rogues. When we got the review, but I couldn’t let this one go without sharing our experience with others. Made an appointment to see 2 2020 Nissan Rogues. When we got there the blue one, we really wanted to see was gone, was told the mechanic took it home to put miles on it which was required after resetting the sensors?? It is 60 miles round trip for us. Looked at the other one, it had a big gash/dent in the hood and was higher miles than blue one. Came back and drove the blue one. Bumper had a gap in it, there were scratches on the hood and paint chip on the door. It had not been cleaned at all even though they knew we were coming on Friday. Told the 3 items above would be fixed and it would be detailed to look like new. We decided to buy. 1st sales offer added $1,900 to fix and detail the car like it should have been to be sale ready at any respectable dealer. Also added $1,600 for a security app and protective coatings. Refused the $1,600 and $1,900 (total $3,500 extra charges!!) Told us they have to be competitive with everyone buying online now days, but this is really a bait and hook. They came down to $595 to cover the repairs and detailing that should have already been done!! Each offer took 15-20 minutes to get an answer. The finance lady was easy to work with and gave us a lower interest rate than we had at our credit union. They agreed to deliver the car to us, it took 6 days to complete the work on it. Arrived as scheduled. The bumper was fixed, scratches on hood didn’t look buffed but the paint chip had been touched up and looked like had been quickly vacuumed. We found it had NOT been detailed! It had small specks of white paint on the fender, hood, glass, windshield wiper and on all of the leather seats (that wasn’t there before)!!?? The door jams were not even wiped out, there was gunk in the cracks of the gear shift area, the areas between the seat and the door had not been vacuumed and the floor mat on the passenger side was missing!! There was also some white sticky gunk on the roof. I suggested we could get it detailed and send them the bill, and they offered to detail it again and wanted us to bring it back the following week and they would fill up our gas. Why should we trust them to detail it at this point? If they had the vehicle in sale condition on the first appointment, we wouldn’t have to take it back and go get it adding 120 miles and taking 2 hours of our time just in travel. We are opting to get it detailed ourselves versus take the chance it could come back even worse. Howard our salesperson was nice and did a good job of communicating. When I tried to call the sales manager, I got put on hold for 16 minutes, called back, got transferred around and then got voicemail. Not sure why they are called “COURTESY” Nissan, they obviously don’t value their customers. Got an email to sign up for service… if they can’t even detail a vehicle, I don’t trust them with any maintenance! We would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. More
CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to go to the dealership to purchase a vehicle, but a neighbor told me of a bad experience he had with them. My neighbor mentioned 'look' at all the fine print on the adverti to purchase a vehicle, but a neighbor told me of a bad experience he had with them. My neighbor mentioned 'look' at all the fine print on the advertising, as the vehicle will NOT match the DESCRIPTION and your pricing will be relatively higher. You will find the offset in pricing in their 'major options' category. Why would a dealer advertise a vehicle, but further below state that the additional options are NOT included in the advertised pricing? It's called a 'BAIT & SWITCH'. Or, is it deception? Other dealers are advertising the same vehicle at a much higher price (true pricing), or should I say honest pricing? I have lost interest and any other dealer doing the same thing will not only get a bad review but will not earn my business. BTW, I texted the salesman to validate the disclosure and he has yet to return my text. More
I was turned away from the service center because the service agent decided not to honor their own advertised price. Even after having an appointment. I own 2 nissan cars. Should I go there again? service agent decided not to honor their own advertised price. Even after having an appointment. I own 2 nissan cars. Should I go there again? More

Teddy was easy to talk to. He showed me multiple cars I was interested in seeing and didn't try to hard sell me or pass me off to a closer. I went to multiple dealerships looking at different brands. Dealership web advertised pricing fails to include $2,393" Protection Package". I only discovered this, because I was using the Costco Auto Program. The lack of concern for time constraints is unacceptable. Dropping off my car expecting to be on time for work after 6 hours with no contact with information on status is not a good business practice.
