Do not go here! There prices are average but they will tackle you with charges on top of charges for buying a car here. The sales manager Elvis is a extreme liar aswell. So many better dealerships who t tackle you with charges on top of charges for buying a car here. The sales manager Elvis is a extreme liar aswell. So many better dealerships who treat there customers better. If I could go back on the whole deal I would in a heartbeat. I’ve only had the car for 2 days btw More
My experience was one of the best I've ever had at a dealership. I've owned 2 new Infinitis, 3 new Nissans, and 1 new Chevy throughout my lifetime – and my time at Courtesy Nissan was incredible. Fer dealership. I've owned 2 new Infinitis, 3 new Nissans, and 1 new Chevy throughout my lifetime – and my time at Courtesy Nissan was incredible. Fernando Thomas is THE BEST sales/client advisor I've ever encountered. My test drive with him was incomparable to any others I've been on. Rather than sitting quietly in the passenger seat, he talked me through buttons and gadgets and had me actually use them while on the road (safely, of course) so I could get a full understanding of the 2021 Altima. Other dealerships I visited before this one just had me get in the car and drive. Not here! I got the full Altima experience even before stepping foot in the building to start negotiating. Finance guy Tyler made the process as painless as can be. He explained all paperwork thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was signing and initialing. The folks at this dealership are knowledgeable and hungry, and I highly recommend this Nissan dealership if you want fair prices and friendly people. More
Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! Save yourself the headache and don’t go there. The sales people are lie to you tell you have to buy Kahu and you don’t! Took and act of Congress to get pa yourself the headache and don’t go there. The sales people are lie to you tell you have to buy Kahu and you don’t! Took and act of Congress to get paperwork! Left car there for them to fix and when I picked up something else was broke and can not get in touch with Brady Bishop the GM to try and get fixed. Salesman told me they did not touch it so they can not fix it! More

The sales team tried to sell us a vehicle with fraudulent advertising. Lots of slimy sales tactics which we weren't surprised. We called other locations to confirm their packages and we were told by more tha advertising. Lots of slimy sales tactics which we weren't surprised. We called other locations to confirm their packages and we were told by more than one location what the packages were and that the other location was not selling it properly. When I called the location back to tell them that we are purchasing through an HONEST dealership Matt the sales manager told me the car we were looking at was just sold out from under us EVEN THOUGH HE AGREED TO LET US SIT ON THE PRICE OF THE CAR FOR 2 DAYS! Also they have a racist employee who was harassing a customer for not speaking English. He "joked" that our sales person was deported when he never was. 2 racial incidents...plus several anti Trump comments. Ew. This place is just gross. More
Terrible Experience. The service department kept giving me the run around trying to find a squeak coming from my truck. After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a d me the run around trying to find a squeak coming from my truck. After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a different squeak and they will not honor the warranty until I pay 500$. The claim is that a scraped bumper - which just scraped the paint - someone caused metal underneath it to bend, even though the bumper itself is still intact. Complaints to the GM went ignored. Complaints to the Service Manager went ignored. Beware this place! More
AVOID THIS PLACE. I am very upset and disappointed with how this dealership treated my mother. She recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue from here and took it in because the windshield wiper fluid was how this dealership treated my mother. She recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue from here and took it in because the windshield wiper fluid was malfunctioning. Rodger initially tried to scam her out of $600!? just for labor to fix the windshield wiper fluid. However, they lowered the cost to $200 after my mom stated she could not afford the repair and was going to leave. The average cost for this repair is nowhere near $200 AND they DENIED her bumper to bumper factory warranty stating that a “rodent” was the cause which is “not covered”. This place is such a scam DO NOT COME HERE!! More
I was having issues with engine light being on and had 2 codes P2096 and P0137 at which I knew it was the catalytic converter and a 02 sensor or two(2). I took it to the dealership as my wife insisted me do codes P2096 and P0137 at which I knew it was the catalytic converter and a 02 sensor or two(2). I took it to the dealership as my wife insisted me doing and had them to take a look at it. After 2 days in the shop In received a quote from my service advisor and its listed a multitude of things that they found wrong. After talking to him a bit he concluded that they all weren't that great of a threat tom my vehicle but really needed a couple for sure. After I agreed to having some work done on my vehicle he went over what they would do for this service. The diagnostic test was in the ball park of $450.00 and was told that would be waived if I agree to them repairing the vehicle. I agreed and I was excited to finally get its fixed. After 5 days I went tom pick it up and paid more than what I thought I was going to pay. I went home with invoice in hand to compare to the quote given me. For the life of me I could not get the amounts to align with one another. I contacted my service advisor and he explained to me that the diagnostic charge was waived but the cost for them to program my onboard computer was an additional charge. What is so ironic is the programming of the computer is exactly the same amount as the diagnostic charge. Will I ever go back to them again to either purchase another vehicle (which we are in the market for) or their service department. I would have to say no to each, as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean they would not bend just a little on the charges that were not really explained to me up front. I am a 69 year old living on a fixed income and $4200.00 is a lot of money for me to dish out when I was made to believe it would be $3800.00. But you live and learn, as I know they will not make this right. I should have read the reviews before sending my vehicle to them. This mis why I don't like taking my autos to the dealerships. More
Courtesy Nissan of Richardson operates like "Sal's Cash Car Lot." definitely not the experience one would expect from a "Nissan Dealership" 2 weeks after purchase, the 2020 Nissan stinks of cigarette smok Car Lot." definitely not the experience one would expect from a "Nissan Dealership" 2 weeks after purchase, the 2020 Nissan stinks of cigarette smoke (it was well covered-up by some process, but obviously didn't last). Front bumper now separating at the seams where it was "glued" (I wish I could post pictures). When I returned to the dealership and asked receptionist for the Used Car Sales Manager, he told her to call his assistant, who then called my salesman to meet with me. When I pointed out the separating front bumper & the visible "glue" he went to speak with his manager. He returned telling me "we don't know what you've done with this car the last 2 weeks." The dealership had the car for 5 days of those 2 weeks, fixing issues & tinting windows. Shame on me. I thought the days of the "used car sales experience" were gone - I was wrong! More
