I scheduled a tire rotation online. I was able to get to my appointment earlier than the appointed time, but I was greeted and told that wasnt an issue at all. Overall the professionalism and keeping me informed was excellent. I also appreciate being dropped off and picked up by their shuttle. The worst part of my experience was that I have a slow leak in my tire and the dealer said they checked the tire and tightened the valve stem. What they didn't tell me, that another company (tire company) told me was that I have a screw stuck in my tire. By not telling me that, they did a really bad job at assessing the obvious problem that even I could have found if I worked at a dealer. More
