I responded via Google but i will here again. I was given a quote from an advisor to replace catalytic converter, O2 sensor, program computer, hardware, nuts and bolts, left and right tie rods, left and right sway bar linkage and several other things. I agreed to sway bar linkage, tie rod ends and catalytic converter, O2 sensor, nuts, bolts, programming and hardware. Never was there mention in $450.00 cost to program computer, he made it sound as if it was in with the catalytic converter and sensor replacement. I was price shocked when i paid the invoice. Second awhile back when my Murano was in forva recall, i explain to a different advisor that i thought i had a motor mount going out. She assured me that i had no problem and it was suppose to sound that way. Well when i had it in recently the advisor told me the motor mount was bad and it needed replacing. Strange isn't it that I knew it was going out with the 1st advisor and she said it was fine and the 2nd advisor said i needed to replace it. I have been driving for over 50 years and i do know a little about vehicles and this is why i brought the motorount up to the 1st advisor. I know nothing will be done with any of this as its a nice way for a dealership tobrespond to a review....
