We brought our 2021 versa in for service maintenance and we waited in the bay for 10-15 minutes for our service advisor. We met with our service advisor and was told that it would take two and half hours to we waited in the bay for 10-15 minutes for our service advisor. We met with our service advisor and was told that it would take two and half hours to three hours for the maintenance to be completed. The communication from the service advisor was minimal and stayed at the dealership for six hours before the service maintenance was completed and the car was ready. More

Not fully satisfied cos my car settings was not updated after it was changed oil and change filter and tire rotation.
