Arrived at 8 and service complete by nine thirty. Had state inspection and oil change completed. I was kept informed on the progress via text, email and service manager AK. Robert, the service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my service requests and promptly did a preliminary inspection of my car.
