From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and a war for service, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and a warm welcome. Five stars are not enough to express the excellent service I received, especially from Shauna Harris, my service advisor. Shauna was incredibly attentive, thoroughly knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain any issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand. I also want to thank Ms. Alexis Timothy for her excellent customer service in scheduling my appointment. She secured a perfect after-hours slot for me, confirmed it professionally via text and email, and her friendly, sweet phone demeanor enhanced my overall experience. The dealership itself is notably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The staff communicates very professionally, which made me feel confident in their hands. Despite driving a Hyundai, I plan to continue using this dealership for as many services as possible for all my car needs because of their consistent quality service and reliability.
