HELLO JENNIFER, I AM RELLY SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THE PROCESS TOOK TOO LONG TO BUY A VEHICLE. THIS WAS NOT IS NOT OUR INTENTION TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HERE FOR LONG TIME, HOWEVER WHEN WE ARE WATING ON THE BANK TO MAKE A DECISION WE HAVE NO CHOICES. UNFORTUNATELEY IF IT IS A CREDIT CHALLENGE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE TURNING TIME. AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR THIS TIME AND HOPING NEXT TIME IT WILL BE QUICKER. WE ARE WORKING HARDER TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS.
