However, my encounter with the financial manager Karim was one of the worst experiences in customer service I’ve ever had. I work with the public, so this review is difficult to write as I know how it effects business. Karim was rude multiple times and made me feel stupid when I asked questions about the paperwork I was signing, cutting me off by saying that “he already told me what it meant” as if I was wasting his time. He also was bold enough to ask if this was my first time purchasing a vehicle because I seemed “nervous”… this was my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased and it was his demeanor that made me uncomfortable. I would like to reiterate that I am very satisfied with the quality of the vehicle that I got and the price, but I will not return for my future vehicles because of the way that I was spoken to by Karim.
