Manager was very rude including to their new sales lady. Not impressed with him. I came at the end of the day and he was not patient with us and was playing games. When he told us the car did not have a 2nd key, he asked me to split the cost but didn't know what that would be. The only saving grace was the general manager who was kind. I received no direction to have the insurance company stamp the plate change. When I picked up the car I had to wait over two hours because of this. The car had a quarter tank of gas. I spent over 20k on the car I would think filling up the gas would be standard. Additionally the car was not registered and I had to do that on my own. More
