I purchased my car from this dealership only four months ago, and unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with it since. For a vehicle that I recently purchased, I should not be constantly dealing wi ago, and unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with it since. For a vehicle that I recently purchased, I should not be constantly dealing with issues or feeling like I was sold a car that was not in the condition it should have been. What made the situation even worse was my experience with Taylor, the manager. When I tried to discuss the ongoing problems with my vehicle, he raised his voice at me and spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He told me that I could simply go trade the car in at another dealership and that I didn’t have to come back there. He also told me that I was “obviously too incompetent to understand” what he was explaining about trading the car in rather than fixing the vehicle they sold me. Essentially, I was being told to take the financial loss on a car that I believe should have been properly addressed by the dealership in the first place. I did not expect to purchase a vehicle and, only four months later, be dealing with constant problems while also being treated disrespectfully when asking for help. A dealership’s customer service should not end once the paperwork is signed. I strongly recommend doing your research and having a vehicle thoroughly inspected before purchasing from this dealership. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not want another customer to go through what I have experienced. More

Not sure who Jhonger Javier is. I like my new car but I feel i was rushed into buying it. I did say I had time restrictions on being there meaning I had work and would come back if I like my new car but I feel i was rushed into buying it.
