Excellent pepople to work with in regard to looking at and test driving a used luxury vehicle. From my first call to make an appointment to see a vehicle shown on line to test driving and then talking to and test driving a used luxury vehicle. From my first call to make an appointment to see a vehicle shown on line to test driving and then talking to the sales consultant, Kyle, and on to applying and getting approved to purchase the car the we had in mind to purchase, the vehicle, the entire experience was informative and well explained. The vehicle was readied for us when all financial paperwork was completed. It looked and smelled like a new vehicle. We would recommend Courtesy automotive Group to family and friends. Made an appointment online, but there was a glitch where it didn’t transfer to the shop, showed on my end I had the appointment. Aaron told me not to worry about it, took my car in and had me out really qui it didn’t transfer to the shop, showed on my end I had the appointment.
