I was nervous about buying a car from another state. David Williams was wonderful. He helped me get financing (I didn't think my bank's rate was fair). They actually delivered the car to me here, at home, in Ohio, within a week and a half. I was unaware, however, that MA didn't do temp tags. So, I had the car in my garage and couldn't drive it! David was very understanding and worked very hard to get me Ohio temp tags so that I could at least drive the car once before I left for work again... I'm not a very patient person, but I think David went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience (plus, he has a great sense of humor). The car arrived super-clean, looks great, and runs amazing. Tim was also very accommodating in trying to assist me with any questions that I had when David was out of the office. Definitely one go the most nerve-wracking, yet ultimately the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

1st they charged my credit card twice for $2500 each time as part of my down payment, when they shouldn't have. Bought the car on 3/17/13 had parts ordered on 3/30 to replace ones that are defective from the as part of my down payment, when they shouldn't have. You think that THEY would call ME just to update me. I regret buying my car here and would never do this again. More

I had the worst costumer experience i have ever had in my life with any company. The sales manager offered service assistance with my trade-in vehicle in order to expedite my purchase. After holding my car life with any company. The sales manager offered service assistance with my trade-in vehicle in order to expedite my purchase. After holding my car over a weekend while i drove a rental car at my expense i was told that they refused to do the service that they had said they would preform initially without expense to me, without a full payment. When i called several times attempting to contact the sales manager who had made the initial offer i was given the run around and transferred to voice mail several times. At this point i was extremely upset and confused and finally asked to speak to whichever sales manager was available. It was at this point that Dana Drowne came on the phone and screamed at me that no one had ever promised any type of service to me, even though there were three other people, including a customer service rep from another company that were told the same promise, and that i could take my car and go, however he used profanity in his delivery. In the end i was left terrified to even come pick up my car from this dealership after my experience with Dana Drowne and had to have my car towed to another dealership, and with a $200 rental car bill that i never would have had had the 1st manager not made promises he either had no capability or intention of keeping. All in all i feel that this dealership is in the practice of lying to potential customers in order to trap them into a sale. More
