I could go on for days but I’ll save my breath and just say now that Juan (the best salesperson there is) is gone to Acura in Warwick (go see him he’s a real gem he will do anything for his customers) I will not be purchasing or dealing with COURTESY as a whole EVER AGAIN!! The management is horrifying. No customer appreciation. You’re just a dollar sign. The financial manager Al actually laughed in my face after I had to go back to the dealership for the 12th time with my deal not finalized. This place is a joke! More
