I came to Courtesy Mitsubishi because my 3000GT needed extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as t extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as the quote I had far exceeded not only my budget, but also represented 50% of the value of the car. I spoke to the service manager Bill Brown, and he worked with me to bring the final price of the repairs to a very reasonable number. Keith did a terrific job of first evaluating the car and then doing the work. Debbie was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Not only did the final price exceeded my best expectations, the work done was top notch and the service was out of this world, I also got a free loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded at the dealership all day (as I fully expected to be, because I wasn't able to secure a ride). I am extremely happy with the service that I received and will definitely recommend Courtesy Mitsubishi to all my friends (even the ones that weren't able to give me a ride LOL). More
We purchased a used vehicle. We spent a bit of time in the dealership as they did everything possible to get us at the payment we wanted. Not only did they do so but a few weeks later we received a call the dealership as they did everything possible to get us at the payment we wanted. Not only did they do so but a few weeks later we received a call with good news. They had actually been able to refinance with a different company at a better rate and for less payments. Most dealerships would not have done this after all had already been completed. More

Horrible experience. They are not willing to help you if you have an after sale issue. All they care about is selling cars and not building customer relationships. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to have problems. They forgot to send us our registration and they didn't send a pay off check to the finance company of our trade in. They pretty much just sold the car to us and that was all. We had headaches for months that we had to take care of after we bought a car from here. I have never had so many problems in my life with a dealership and I have traded my car in 3 other times and NEVER had problems like the ones I had at Courtesy Mitsubishi in Mass. Tony and Russell were not bad but the sales manager was HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More
This is the second time Tony has sold me a car. Both times he has been very helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen. The night I looked at the car it was pouring and he brought it in and dried o times he has been very helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen.
