Victor Kleinberger was friendly and not overbearing during the sales process. My wife and I truly appreciated the thorough way in which Victor explained the car's features. My boyfriend and I had the misfortune of coming into this dealership and trying to work with Tony Machado. Tony is nothing but a liar and fraud!! Avoid this man at all cost!! He will get you to fill out pape dealership and trying to work with Tony Machado. Tony is nothing but a liar and fraud!! Avoid this man at all cost!! He will get you to fill out paperwork without ever seeing the car that you are looking for so he can run your credit without permission ( which is against federal law!!!) and than come back and blatantly lie to you about what your credit score is so that he can try to screw you with a higher interest rate so the dealer makes more money. After all of this he than informed us that he needed 2000$ from us but he didn't even have the car in stock or one close to it for us to test drive after telling us on the phone that he indeed did have the exact car we wanted at the dealership. This was more than we could take so we left. Over the next few days we were harassed non stop by Tony calling us for the deposit on the non existent car until finally we went back to the dealership and I told him exactly how I felt about his boss (he ducked out of the showroom when he saw me coming in) about his shady business practices and that we would never buy a car from him. A few days later Tony's boss started calling my boyfriend trying to get him to come in without me to sign papers on delivery of the non existing car!! This dealership is SHADY and should be avoided unless you enjoy paying extra money and having your credit score lowered for no reason. More

Went in to the dealership on a Saturday to look at a car, Rodney Webster came out and greeted me and asked about what I was interested in. Sure enough we met again the next day, test driving a couple of vehicles. During these test drives Rodney made it clear that he knew these vehicles inside and out, pointing out each and every important feature. Rodney was great, helping me think through the various options that each of the different vehicles had, and what they would mean to me and my family. Long story short, Rodney spent 5 hours with me on his day off and I ended up buying the car. Rodney is great to work with, very knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. More
