I had the worst costumer experience i have ever had in my life with any company. The sales manager offered service assistance with my trade-in vehicle in order to expedite my purchase. After holding my car life with any company. The sales manager offered service assistance with my trade-in vehicle in order to expedite my purchase. After holding my car over a weekend while i drove a rental car at my expense i was told that they refused to do the service that they had said they would preform initially without expense to me, without a full payment. When i called several times attempting to contact the sales manager who had made the initial offer i was given the run around and transferred to voice mail several times. At this point i was extremely upset and confused and finally asked to speak to whichever sales manager was available. It was at this point that Dana Drowne came on the phone and screamed at me that no one had ever promised any type of service to me, even though there were three other people, including a customer service rep from another company that were told the same promise, and that i could take my car and go, however he used profanity in his delivery. In the end i was left terrified to even come pick up my car from this dealership after my experience with Dana Drowne and had to have my car towed to another dealership, and with a $200 rental car bill that i never would have had had the 1st manager not made promises he either had no capability or intention of keeping. All in all i feel that this dealership is in the practice of lying to potential customers in order to trap them into a sale. More

I have been thinking of getting a new vehicle for a few months, I owned my last suv for eight yrs. It still had fairly low mileage, so I shopped around for 2 months. I heard an ad on the radio about Courtesy, after looking into three(3) other dealerships I decided to check out Courtesy KIA Mitsubishi. I sure am glad I did. I found a vehicle that was fun to drive, had all the purks I needed to suit me. And at a price I could afford. The salesperson was awesome. I told him what I needed and how much I could spend, and the next day Rodney Webster called me in for a test drive. I immediatley fell inlove with the car. Rodyney, you are the best. Thank You. My nwife and I became interested in a Mistsubishi Outlander over Memorial Day weekend. We saw a few at another dealer then came to Courtesy where we met Tony Machado on that Sunday. We drove one, loved it, sat down with Tony and worked on thew price and our trade. He and Steve Silva came up with a good deal on a particular one but we never buy on the first day. Called Tony on Memorial Day and made a counter offer. They accepted and we drove the car home that day!! Very pleased with both Tony's and Steve's efforts to make us happy. Obviously haven't been in for service yet but I've heard good things from a friend that has an older Mitsubishi. Paul and Dot More
I called and spoke with Tony o the phone. He was very nice to speak with. I called about a spcific used car, and it was still available. My husband, myself and our grandson went to see the auto. Tony took us on a test drive explaned the features of the car. The test drive was longer than I expected which is a great thig, as ou get to see the car in different scenarios. He showed us the quick turnaround for a u-turn, the braking syste, etc. He was very knowledgable and easy to speak with. The veicle we purchased was for our grandson, he took great care in explaining everythng to us and to my grandson. He is a experienced person who knows what he is talking about and cares about the buyer. He is not there to just make a iving, he is there to make sure the buyer has thebest experience possible. While we were waiting to fill in the ppaperwork other customers arrived, and felt we ere takingup his time and he was missing out on a new customer coming in. He told us not to worry, he was there for us first and foremost. I think he is a wonderful asset to your dealership. We appreciated doing business with you. More
