Horrible experience. They are not willing to help you if you have an after sale issue. All they care about is selling cars and not building customer relationships. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to have problems. They forgot to send us our registration and they didn't send a pay off check to the finance company of our trade in. They pretty much just sold the car to us and that was all. We had headaches for months that we had to take care of after we bought a car from here. I have never had so many problems in my life with a dealership and I have traded my car in 3 other times and NEVER had problems like the ones I had at Courtesy Mitsubishi in Mass. Tony and Russell were not bad but the sales manager was HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More

This is the second time Tony has sold me a car. Both times he has been very helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen. Recently i had totaled my grandmothers car that she allowed me to use for school. We came to Curtesey and Rodney came right up to us and had asked if we needed anything. my grandmother flat out told hi allowed me to use for school. He smiled and gave said yeah he could see what he could do for us. for the first time since i have gotten into the accident i saw my grandma smile. i could have hugged him. he was so so so nice to us and helping us stay in budget as well getting a good quality car that fits all of our needs. i have never met a nicer person. the whole way home all my grandma would talk about was how nice he was and how grateful she was to have heard of Courtesey. Rodney was a blessing for us to have worked with towards finding a good car. I cannot wait till i can afford a car of my own so i can go back and ask for Rodney to help me find the perfect car for myself. He was truly a blessing after the week we`ve had. More

Tony was great. When my boyfriend called the dealership to see what they thought about our situation we were in with the car he answered every question that my boyfriends had asked. Because of the infromat to see what they thought about our situation we were in with the car he answered every question that my boyfriends had asked. Because of the infromation and helpfulness on the phone, we decided to make our way into Courtesy Mitsu the next day and see what we could get. Tony was unavailable that day and handed us off to Russell. Russell was also great and I really appreciate Tony sending us to a great person like Russell. As with any used vehicle there were a couple of issues with the purchase of my son's 2009 Dodge Caliber. The Service department worked to fix the issues but when the problems seemed to persist Dana took with the purchase of my son's 2009 Dodge Caliber.
