I went to about 10 dealerships before I ended up at this one, I was completely frustrated with the whole experience by the time I drove onto the Courtesy Mitsubishi lot. Jeff Freeman met me when I was getting out of my car and asked me how he could help. I told him I had been emailing someone from their store about a specific CR-V and I wanted to take a look at it to see if it was worth coming back to another day when I had more time since I was in a rush. Jeff quickly showed me the car and even allowed me to take a quick test drive before I had to rush off to work. He was very knowledgable about cars and spoke to me about different options, but he was not pushy like other car sales people I had dealt with. When I left the dealership I had a calm feeling and I immediately made an appointment to come back the next day to seriously look at the car. The next day Jeff helped my mom and I showing us different car options and didn't put any pressure on me at all. Long story short I had a great experience purchasing my new to me car! I feel like I got a reasonable deal on my trade in and new car and it was quick and painless. He was sociable, honest and friendly and treated us like a friend not just another "sale". He went above and beyond selling us a car with the options we wanted and did not come off a "pushy salesman" at all! Jeff listened to us & had our best interest at heart.
