I purchased a 2022 Lincoln Aviator from Courtesy Lincoln in Lafayette, Louisiana, on June 18, 2022. I originally went to Courtesy Lincoln to special order an Aviator in the color black. When we arrived, Courtesy had a 2022 Aviator Reserve, in the color Ceramic Pearl Metallic, on the lot. The color was so beautiful and elegant, I felt this car could be a possibility. I met with Desiree Blanchard, who I had made an appointment with earlier that week and asked to test drive the aviator on the lot. We loaded up and I test drove the Aviator and discovered all the initial research and reviews I read, were not only true but this car was much more than I expected. Desiree did a wonderful job going over all the features the aviator had to offer. I Was Sold!!!! Courtesy Lincoln and Desiree, made my purchase the easiest and fastest purchase I have ever made. I enjoyed this dealership for the simple reasons. Allie my saleswoman called me back when she said she would and basically did her job. She educated me on the features of my new car. I was assured that I would receive pickup and delivery service when I had issues. I was also promised when my vehicle required service, I would receive a loaner and it would be a Lincoln. I've had to call the sales representative every time I had an issue. He would communicate with service department to make certain I would receive what I was promised. He was so kind and gave me his cell phone number as well as his work number so I could contact him anytime. This dealership has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Every time I contacted the service department, I was never provided what was promised. I became so frustrated with service and realized not only I apparently purchased a "lemon" but I was going to have major problems obtaining service. I had also received a call from the gentleman that had sold me the Lincoln and made certain I received the service I was promised, informing me how sorry he was but he was no longer at Courtesy. He was apparently making certain his clients received the service they were entitled and I think he was repremanded for making sure the service department honored what was promised. What a shame for such a honest person who would not compromise his values to lose his job! I've had so much trouble obtaining necessary service, I would not ever purchase anything from this dealership ever again or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Courtesy Lincoln. The last straw was last Thursday, January 13th. The vehicle left me on the road and I contacted the service department, requesting to have it towed to Courtesy. I was told by the young lady that my vehicle was no longer covered by the factory warranty, so I was unable to get towed to them and the earliest appointment was the end of January. I purchased an Easy Care extended warranty and I had towing coverage. This was the coldest response I ever received! I can't believe this woman would not even attempt to help me! I can't believe her response and ended up calling my insurance which covers towing. I called the service department at Arceneaux Ford. The young lady who is the manager of service department is my former student in the 3rd grade. I asked if I could get it towed to them and she told me certainly. She wasn't surprised when I told her how I was treated at Courtesy. She also told me they had so many customers who bring their vehicles there due to the horrible inadequate service at Courtesy. I could continue to tell all the trouble the service department has given me but I'm tired and so disgusted, I think the information I've provided validates how terrible the service department at Courtesy Lincoln really is and the only good reviews are written by people in who live in Lafayette and bring their vehicles in for a free wash. More
