I had to take my new EV6 in for a problem with it charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going to ask me to take it elsewhere when I wanted to change my appointment date to a week later! I came to Courtesy Kia and it was a totally better experience, Donavon, the service advisor at Courtesy, was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and scheduled the service when I was out of town. I got back, the service was complete, and the problem solved. And he did it politely and professionally. I will be coming back when the need arises.
