I had worked with Star by phone and internet and had everything in process to buy from Courtesy Kia of Brandon and made an appointment with Star for noon on a Saturday. As soon as I arrived she seemed everything in process to buy from Courtesy Kia of Brandon and made an appointment with Star for noon on a Saturday. As soon as I arrived she seemed impersonable and as the day went on she got rude. It is stressful to find the car that you want to invest in and to add to it, deal with a rude sales rep. At about 3:00 pm I was determined that I wanted a car from Courtesy of Palm Harbor. At 3:30 pm, Star said she was headed to Palm Harbor to get my car and directed me to eat and shop in the Brandon area and she would call me when she arrived back in Brandon with the car. I got back to the Brandon dealership at 5:30 pm and found Star wandering the lot. I asked her where my car was and she replied she was unsure. I marched to the finance department to hear that a guy, not Star, was headed to the Palm Harbor lot and was supposably stranded on a side road I have never heard of before and I know the entire Tampa Bay area. It was now 6:30 pm and I decided that I was going to Palm Harbor myself. It took 45 mins to get there. Courtesy of Palm Harbor confirmed that noone was on there way to come get the car. WHAT?!?! I sat at the Brandon dealership for 6 1/2 hours and got NOTHING accomplished besides rude service and LIES!!!! I would not recommend Star Rueth or the Brandon dealership. I got everything accomplished at Courtesy of Palm Harbor in 1 hour. More

Kia was #3 on our list of SUVs after Toyota and Nissan. I suggested my wife at least take a look and give it a drive, as she was going to be the primary driver.
