My wife and I went to Courtesy Kia of Brandon just before lunch to look at a Kia Soul. The salesman, Robert Leach showed us the Soul's they had on the lot and explained the features in the different trim li lunch to look at a Kia Soul. We found a Soul we liked and took it for a test drive and got a quote on its cost including the value of our trade in. We left the dealership to look at other cars. We had time to review their offer and compare the vehicle to other makes. We found their offer to be fair and the Soul to be the car we were looking for. This is our fourth car we purchased from Courtesy KIA of Brandon, one less than a year ago. In the past we have not had good experiences when purchasing autos. Last March we had an excellent experience purchasing a new Optima. Today we purchased a new Soul and were even happier than previously. Sam Rager was our salesman, and he is outstanding. We told him what we needed for a car and financially. I appreciate going to a dealership and simply working out the details without playing back and forth games. The sales managers were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the finance officer. In spite of the rain, we had an amazing experience. I look forward to retirement in the future and purchasing our retirement vehicle from KIA of Brandon. More
It all started great... Excellent sales person, not so good finance person. Perhaps the timing was not right for the purchase, since it is not the end of the month. But, once the finance person was exposed and his awful numbers were revealed, he would not budge. He did not wanted to provide the out-the-door prices, nor he will admit that his numbers for the trade-in were way low.... So buyers.... BE AWARE....your vehicle is not always worth what the dealer says... that's how they make their money...by low-balling the price of your trade-in. More
We had driven all the way from Sarasota because another dealership we were working with was not being truthful and honest with us about a particular vehicle we were interested in. Nathan was honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We left happy with the car we wanted and the price. I will recomend Nathan and this dealership to everyone I know interested in a new vehicle. I bought a used car from courtesy of Kia at Brandon. The sales representative was very helpful and friendly. There was a bad sensor but and the representative got it fixed within the time frame. On 1/6/12 we test drove a Kia Optima with Nathan. He was extremely personable and not pushy at all. The next day, after looking at some others cars, we called Nathan and asked he would give us the same dea extremely personable and not pushy at all. The next day, after looking at some others cars, we called Nathan and asked he would give us the same deal as another Kia dealer 100+ miles away. In 10 minutes he called back and said his manager would match the deal. The whole process, from confirming the structure of the deal to meeting with the finance manager took no more than 3 hours. We are thrilled with the car, price and friendly service. We highly recommend Nathan, who is new to the car business, but has exceptional interpersonal skills. More

This car buying experience has been the most enjoyable of my entire life. I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership....at least not the kind I've been to in the past. I saw the car I've been hunting for my entire life. I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership....at least not the kind I've been to in the past. I saw the car I've been hunting for on their website, called to make sure the information was current and in under 3 hours (with part of that including dinner) I drove off in my new car.
