I initially came into the dealership because of the persistence of Mr. Steven Doyle. A most pleasant and informative salesman who answered all my questions and help me in whatever means I asked. He came in on a Sat. morning to assist with me finishing up the sale of my new Kia Optima,don't know if it was his off day or not, but I was impressed that he would meet at dealership at 8 am and assist me with the final details of my sale. I have already given 3 people at work rides in my new vehicle and advised them to see Mr. Doyle at Courtesy Kia of Brandon, that he would treat them fair and fight for a fair deal for them too!!! The manager and financial officer were all friendly and went out of there way to answer any question I had concerning the sale and financing and I was given a fair trade in for my vehicle. I went to Citrus Kia and they tried to get my trade in for free and that almost turned me off about even dealing with any Kia dealer in the Tampa Bay area. My wife, two weeks earlier, had purchased a brand new Hyundai Sonata from New Port Richey Hyundai and I was seriously contemplating go that dealership but I thought I try Brandon Kia and I glad I did. Mr. Boyle was the difference and was forth right and honest. Don't see that in all the salesman you come in contact with. More

Our Sales person Josh Sheppard was wonderful and very easy to speak to, he handled all that we needed and wanted. The finance person/dept was great too. Our over all experience was the best one yet! I am very thankful to Freddie. After 9 years of not being able to drive, my doctors gave me my license back and I was ready for a new car. My husband and I had been dealing with another dealership for a wee able to drive, my doctors gave me my license back and I was ready for a new car. My husband and I had been dealing with another dealership for a week before I was ready to buy my car. I had my heart set on a new Kia Soul. They lied to us. We live here in Tampa, and even though the other dealership was just across the street from us, I will not deal with liars. My husband called over at Courtesy Kia in Brandon, spoke with Freddie and told him exactally where we needed to be. Freddie called us back within 10 mins telling us that he got us the price we needed. We were able to come down, look at the car, and buy it. It was a great experience. I would recommend Freddie and the dealership to anyone, and I tell everyone that is where they need to go. Thank you soooooooooo much Freddie, Cyndi and Mark More

Overall this purchase was a great experience but as any deal goes there is the fight for the price. Freddie Quinn was great as a sales person and we made the deal that was comfortable for me. The questionable experience itself wasn't with Freddie but with a Finance guy named Bo. He was very rude and pushy. I just about walked out due to his rude comments. I refused the 4,000.00 addition to my original deal as it would have put me about 150.00 over what I was paying for my Honda. My original reason to come over was to get a lower payment and yet have a vehicle that I could get better gas mileage as well. That was the Kia Soul. One of his comments he said to me once I refused the additional package (I am sure he must get a "cut" on what he sells over the top) he marked in large black marker "REFUSED BY CUSTOMER" then stated to me he hoped I didn't have a wreck after I left the dealership and the other comment.......Lets hope you keep this one for awhile. That just about lost them the sale. I deal in cars (lately) almost yearly and I've never been treated like this by a finance person. I've been to several dealerships including a Buy here Pay here several years ago and even they have never said such things. Now after all is said and done I receive some sort of "post card" stating that I needed to drive 30 minutes to pick up some registration C.O.D. I assume this is my tag which I was asked about previously and he stated that it was included. Oh the C.O.D. was something like 51.00. Never have I ever had this situation occur. I have always, including the Honda Deal in Orlando received the tag within a timely fashion from the state....Never C.O.D. from a dealer. I don't have time to drive 30+ minutes to pick this up nor pay again for it. It's time for Dealers to step up to the plate regarding their customer service and how they handle their sales. Freddie was over the top but besides that, waiting an hour just to have someone make a comment like that to me and all the time I was waiting the hour I saw numerous financial people outside having their smoke breaks. Had I known I was waiting on one of them I'd have stepped outside to ask them to get this deal finalized. The entire process including the paper signing was 4 hours which could have been cut short by an hour had they smokers been a bit better at their customer service. More
