I contacted the Kia dealership one week before purchasing my pre-owned vehicle. At this time I spoke with John Williams III he was knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to securing our business. Over the course of several phone calls and emails we decided that courtesy kia is where our next car should come from. This was no little task considering that we had never been to the lot to view any cars and had not yet met this person who had been so helpful. Once arriving at the dealership John was waiting outside and greeted me by name. Once speaking with him and seeing the first car he had for us we were sold! He maintained his professionalism while being extraordinarily personable. John remembering almost everything we had spoken of over the phone made this so much easier for myself and boyfriend. My five year old son was also thoroughly entertained throughout our 5hrs at the dealership ( which for a child of his age seemed like 5 years ) I could not be more satisfied with our experience. I purchased my Kia Optima from here and their sales staff was great. They showed me, in-detail, all of the features of the Optima SXL and worked with me on a price. There is one thing that I didn't like, was great. They showed me, in-detail, all of the features of the Optima SXL and worked with me on a price. There is one thing that I didn't like, was that they tack on a $10,000 (yeah) price all after-the fact for a "protection package," which they don't even hint on their website. Seems like a tactic just for negotiations, however, as I easily negotiated them down from it. In the end, though, we ended up with a fair price. More
Tommy was not only rude but dishonest as well as Salesman Star. We were warned by the Lakeland Kia that they did not have the vehicle on site which Brandon finally admitted to. They also said they would pay off the trade a quoted a price with payoff then Star denied. They wasted our time and never follwed through with call backs even though we were creditworthy (score over 755) and very direct on what we wanted. They strung us along until we complained to a higher authority who promised to call back but instead deferred it to Star who once again was rude and lack knowledge in her job. Tommy was very rude over the phone on a documented 3 phone calls. More

Steve Doyle provided the price and after speaking on the phone, a detailed price including my trade in. When my husband and I arrived, he introduced us to Nathan VanWalker who took us for a test drive, had our trade looked at and completed all of the necessary paperwork. The car was exactly as described, there was no haggling over price as the price had already been agreed to. This was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made; the price was great and everyone at the dealership was very kind and professional. My only complaint is that Brandon is too far to go get my car serviced! I would definitely recommend! More
