I was looking particular model of a Optima and had 6 or 7 dealers on my watch list Steve Doyle from Courtesy Kia called and said he's looking at my car in the parking lot it had just came off the truck. I came up that night to make the deal, well we couldn't make a deal that night with the sales manager just too far apart on the price. The next day I e-mailed Steve and told him what happen well he got things working again, if it wasn't for him we would had brought someplace else. Thanks again Steve Doyle and John Williams. We were treated with respect they are a great bunch of guys. More
When I was working with the sales associate, I had done my homework and knew more about the vehicle than he did. The sales associate I was working with did get a great deal for me. I did have to go to w my homework and knew more about the vehicle than he did. The sales associate I was working with did get a great deal for me. I did have to go to work the day I bought the SUV and came back a few days later for a detail and to have the SUV looked at for vibrations and a whining in the engine. After waiting for finance to go through the paperwork and get my SUV back took 3 hours in which the vehicle was not detailed nor was the engine looked at. There was interior damage on the day I bought the SUV and it was fixed right away! Kudos for that. More

What scammers! we already put 1,000 down, after she loves the car! they knew her income, credit score it just seems if they want customer satisfaction they would do things right and not take advantage of an older women wanting a car. We have a signed contract with Kia and finance but they state that they have 30 days to find a bank to finance you. BULLCRAP!!! that is just wrong. They told us everything was fine. Today on May 3rd everything is differnt and they want 3,000 more down in order for her to keep the car or surrender it! Not a good way to get people buying cars when you can't get your dealership's act together! oh plus they told us the sales manager was fired hhaha, yeah how many times have you heard this one, he is probably on his vacation! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU! More

We were so pleased with how we were treated. Alex was kind, attentive, and knowledgable. He was very informative and accomodating. He called after our first visit and left a kind message. In discussing pricing, rebates, etc. I believed they were both being honest. The sales contract proved that they are. Toni, the finance officer, was very patient, pleasant conversation and put no pressure on us to sign up for extra protection (which we did). We would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who doesn't like car salesman. More
