I actually only went in to look......I had been thinking about "maybe" purchasing a new car....I was greeted by Brett and asked what I was interested in....he was very helpful and very courteous...he seeme about "maybe" purchasing a new car....I was greeted by Brett and asked what I was interested in....he was very helpful and very courteous...he seemed to be very knowledgeable of the product...I have been a Kia customer for several years, first purchasing a used Kia Sportage and then purchasing a new Kia Sportage.....I was a Sportage lover until this last time when I purchased a Sorento.... and know they stand behind their product....Brett took the time to familiarize me with features of the car and was very helpful.....and that was after giving me a GREAT deal on the SUV.......I would recommend his services to anyone....Thank You Brett for taking the time to be my salesperson. The day I bought that car everyone was very nice, Sam was great! Then I have to treat woth Lopez (financial) and recieve calls from him and from eric Clark, those two people are very rude and dont know about great! I send some documents that was missing to Lopez and NEVER gave it to the right person, Clark called me said that hes a supervisor overthere (not sure)and I told him to ask Lopez for the documents and he said that he dont have to ask Lopez for the documents and that he dont care....what a great supervisor that has no contact with his employees?? I really Dont recommend this dealer... I dont return the car because is my credit and they dont care about it but the only person that has sense of cust serv and is very nice is Sam. More
The customer service is the best we have experienced with dealerships. If for some reason Sam Rager went to another dealership rather it was Kia or not we would follow, he is that great! Sam was amazing! It was my husbands and my first car that we purchased together and Sam made it flawless. We had a set price and expectations and Sam made it happen, WITHOUT sitting painfully in a small that we purchased together and Sam made it flawless. Run away from Brandon Kia! Between the two of us, my husband and I have purchased 7 cars and neither one of us has ever been treated so disrespectfully. We have great credit scores and they lost some good customers by treating us like we were idiots who wouldn't recognize a massive bait and switch. Everything was great until the finance manager's initial offer was for $5000 over MSRP and $5000 less than blue book for our trade. They said the extra $5000 was because of "addendum pricing" which was NOT on the sticker and supposedly is for things like mudflaps, pinstripes, some stupid blinking "pulse technology" brake light, and other factory/dealer installed items. We are not going to pay for things that the factory or the dealer put on the car that are not part of an add-on package, and that we didn't ask for. We said that was ridiculous and started to leave, and they chased us down in the parking lot and changed the deal to MSRP plus $895 for the stupid blinking brake light which we were told is standard on all the vehicles. If it is standard, then why would I pay extra for it? And they were still only going to give us half of what our trade is worth. We sped out of that parking lot as fast as we could! Plus, after our first visit to this dealership we received TWO very annoying "survey" calls. One was late Friday night and one was early Saturday morning and they were both very pushy and obnoxious. I would tell anyone looking for a good car buying experience NOT to go to Courtesy Kia of Brandon. The first thing that went wrong was the F&I manager tried to change the price we agreed on, we noticed the deferens and made them correct it. Then the contract needed to be resigned (4 times in total), it was also wrong and had to be corrected. The license plate transfer was done and they tried to keep over $40.00 of my money, I wonder how many past customer did not notice the mistake and argue with them to get their money back. The last issue is the extended warrantee paperwork still has not been done correct and it is over 50 days after the day I signed the first contract. I am not sure why this company has been able to stay in business. More
The internet brought me to your dealership, and it is your inadequacies in our paperwork and the "I don't have to take your nasty attitude" attitude that will keep me from returning, and from ever referr your inadequacies in our paperwork and the "I don't have to take your nasty attitude" attitude that will keep me from returning, and from ever referring anyone to your dealership again. 8 weeks into the deal and not only has not all of the paperwork been finalized, however, your funding check has been cashed and my warranty deposit check has also been cashed, yet where is my warranty paperwork, so I can make my payment? If we had not been gun shy from a previous bad deal elsewhere we would never have noticed all the mistakes. The first draft, the price was raised by $1500.00 (financially in your favor) and the 3rd draft the prices did not even match itself with corresponding paperwork. Even the last package was not filled out correctly. The warranty paperwork was incomplete and being a 100% disabled veteran your dealership mistakenly charged too much for the registration and I had to prove the error by faxing my copies of your paperwork. I am beyond livid; I actually am concerned that all these error might be because of prejudice!! It may be hard to prove but it is easy to feel, once it’s been experienced. More
