Good value if you can get the salesman to sit still long enough to work with you Was there from 11:20 to 2:30 and they had all the numbers in advance it's the next day and still working on it. My salesman was not centered on working with me and helping me and that's just wrong. Customer should be first. He was juggling people and actually can't back to sit down and someone was sitting where I was with my paperwork sitting there and everything . So much for privacy. They don't want to really seem to want to sell a car unless it's easy for them. Guess they have their quota for the month When t sting salesman. His answers where short and "ok". Never even saw a manager or anyone and I drove 35 miles to get there Prices are good Customer service is not NOT ONE MANAGER EVEN TALKED TO ME More
Terrible service wasted 5 days trying to get into a car now my down payments being held by them just walk away. Put down $1500 and now I have to wait until who knows when to receive that. Sales man Zach told me my monthly salary doesn’t matter when I pointed out that I messed up and put my yearly instead. That caused the bank to deny me once they received my actual paystub. Very unprofessional and to me seems like they only want a sale to me wouldn’t bother again. Drove up to them 4 times which is an hour and a half from where I am just to be left empty handed each time. Do not waste your times with these unprofessional “sales men” and management is a complete joke as well hung up the phone on me and doesn’t wanna answer now that I have recorded evidence of how I was being treated. Signed paper and had my tag transferred and then they tell me 5 days later they can’t sell it bank didn’t approve but they were so easy to take my money and lie to me More
