I've dealt with the service and body shop and both departments need a lot of help. I trust nothing that either one has to say. They have terrible customer service. They have no communication with the customer and just leave you hanging. I was told I would have my car back at 4pm on a Friday and I didn't get it back until Tuesday. Service manager likes to talk to down to you. I will never do business with them again. More

I had made an appointment for an oil change. Initially when I called I was told that the system didn’t take it and that I would have to reschedule. I went to the dealership and the supervisor sa Initially when I called I was told that the system didn’t take it and that I would have to reschedule. I went to the dealership and the supervisor said no problem, we will take care of you. I had taken the time off from work to do this based on a sale that was happening and expires on January 31. At first I was disappointed until I believe David the supervisor made it right. Not to mention Erich who is always so genuinely nice. Thank you for all you do. More
