I was notified of recalls on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment at 8 am. I was told my vehicle would be ready by 2pm. I called 3 times and left messages for the service manager, no response. I text, still no response. I received a call at approximately 5:15, and was informed they were waiting for a tool. I don't think my vehicle was the only recall service. If my car had a recall, they should have already had the equipment needed for my repair. I feel they attended to the vehicles of people in the waiting room and ignored mine, because I left after being told it would be several hours to repair. I am very unhappy with the poor service experience. More
