Wait time for any kind of service is 3+ hour before vehicle is pulled to service area (thats with an appointment). Nick Edwards is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Very honest regarding wait time and gives superb advice of any questions asked. No reason any if the advisors should have to deal with 90% of pissed off customers because of wait times because there aren’t enough service bays to handle the volume of vehicles ( I estimated only 15 maintenance bays with 2 others designated for alignments). I quit going for basic oil changes because of 3 hr wait. I take to private auto shop, where I only wait no more than 45 min. I purchased a new vehicle this week, which wasn’t a Kia. I loved my Kia, but changed to different make, mostly because of the service department More

Excellent service, I set up an appointment for a factory recall and asked if I could get my windows tinted and they accommodated my request with no hesitation and expeditiously.
