I came in to the dealership to test drive and gather information for a purchase 1 week in advance. Was given a sales sheet. I came back a week later to make the purchase and they were unable to honor th information for a purchase 1 week in advance. Was given a sales sheet. I came back a week later to make the purchase and they were unable to honor the sales sheet. We tried for over 3 hours to work with them. In the end there was no sale. I wrote a letter to the corporate office. Was given an apology, and was told to please give their service team a try and was assured better help. Well went into the service dealership, there was 4 people sitting in the offices, not one stood up to great me. Instead I was created with a random voice, hello, how can I help. Then when I explained it was warranty work, his tone changed and then asked very pointed, when is your appointment, do you have an appointment? It was a crucial electrical failure with the starting relay. I explained I did not have an appointment cause I didn't know it was not going start. Them was directed to call in and make an appointment for next week. Then when I asked for his name, he gave it to me and stopped responding to me. Then his manager gave me his card, mr hayes, and he thanked me for not buying the Jeep from them, handed me his card, and went and say back down. More
