He said he could do my oil change now and to just wait in lobby in his sight. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I approached him and asked if my car had even been taken back yet. He stated that he can’t just put me in front of other people. I informed him that it would have been appropriate to inform me of this instead of allowing me to waste 2 hrs of my life. The guy was 20 ft from me and didn’t say a word. Only reason I waited that long was because it took 2hr last time as well. I left, canceled my molar warranty bought from them, and will never return. The money I lost by waiting for this nonsense could have changed my oil for 4 years. More
Matt was great and was proactive in getting repairs covered by my warranty. Never felt pressured to do more than I needed but he gave honest informed opinions on what repairs/services could address my covered by my warranty. Bought a Wrangler from Chris Caban 2 years ago. Just had a frustrating experience with a dealer in Florida trying to get a part. Called Frank in your parts department and he solved the problem in less than 2 minutes that the other dealership and I had gotten into a pretty ugly argument over simply because he was too lazy to do the research that Frank easily handled. I’m 2000 miles away and he got my info for me when he knew I wasn’t gonna buy the part from him since I’m on the opposite side of the country, and the yahoo in Florida said it was too complicated and basically told me to get lost. More
