I had to call about the status of my vehicle and messages were not answered in a timely fashion. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep the location of the vehicle seemed to be a mystery. When you have a full service oil change, shouldn’t your window washer fluid be filled? When you have a radiator replaced, shouldn’t the fluid level in the reservoir be above the minimum?
