Service appt from over a week ago, still going on (at least until next week at the soonest ) and had to rent a vehicle since they offer NO LOANERS. A few grand later, still no vehicle, this is for Elect Stability light and a check-engine light (apparently the seal for gas tank needs replacing. Did I mention my vehicle has 38k miles on it?? Radio just stopped working as well, no reason, no warning, no explantation….so, dealer stating a full replacement is needed, only option. By the way, it’s been over a week as I mentioned and they still can’t get their hands on a replacement…. So here I sit, paying for a rental, raking up charges and no end in sight. What a delight. 🤮🤮🤮 More

Friendly and courteous staff. Diagnosed my jeep and did repairs to get me mobile again. Big bucks out of my pocket but really no other choice to feel confident it was done right.
