I took my wife’s Jeep Liberty in to have the service 4 wheel drive indicator investigated. Initial investigation indicated an actuator motor was at fault. The actuator motor was replaced at significant co wheel drive indicator investigated. Initial investigation indicated an actuator motor was at fault. The actuator motor was replaced at significant cost, but this did not rectify the issue. A second investigation identified a module that also needed replacing. The module was ordered and arrived 4 months later according to a voice mail Tony in parts left me. After many follow up calls, Tony now says he has no record of the part. I have tried several times to contact the service department to determine if they could identify the needed module, but they have failed to return my calls. I just want to get the Liberty repaired, please return my call so a course of action can be set in motion. More
