When we met in person, he was professional, friendly and helped to put me at ease despite my being a little anxious and apprehensive. I have always bought used vehicles in which I did not have to finance, which was the reason I was apprehensive. Victor did not overly pressure me and I did not feel as though he was just "selling" me something, but truly had a conversation with me and was patient. He seemed to really try to work with me to get the best deal while staying within my financial limits. I was overall very pleased with the experience and I love the vehicle. More
