Took my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an AC issue. On top of that, my service advisor Ethan Clark, was terrible. I asked for a missing cap to be ordered and he just said "yeah ill order it" but he NEVER actually did order the part. I kept asking why isnt he doing anything about ordering it and he just kept saying "yeah ill order it" in an obvious manner that he is not going to order it. At the end, he disnt order the part. Overall, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service by Ethan. I don't recommend getting your car serviced at this dealer 0/10 More

This used to be a good place to get service but they don't know one hand from the other. Some how l ended up with two different service agents. When I arrived at 9:00 am I was taken to Joshua and then h don't know one hand from the other. Some how l ended up with two different service agents. When I arrived at 9:00 am I was taken to Joshua and then he turned me over to Jesus who went out to see my car. I was there for a default paint job on the spoiler which is plastic and not the same as the rest of the car. It is out of warranty but I was hoping for some goodwill. As soon as Jesus seen the spoiler he said oh this is just from the sun. The car is out in the sun when I'm at work but at home it is in the garage. I sent the estimate and pictures that I had to Jesus. Now I was told that they needed my car for three days. On the day I dropped it off I got two texts and a email wanting to know if I wanted to reschedule seeing I never showed up to drop off my car. Then Joshua call me at about 4: pm to ask me why my car was there. Then on Monday I called to make sure they took my car to the body shop and they said that they never took it there and the report had already been sent in and any help was rejected. They never even called me to pick up the car. More

Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and balance check. 2 hour 20 mins. Much improved from previous services which have taken well over 3 hours for just a oil change and tire rotation.
