First new car purchased here 30 years ago. Great Dealership, friendly and competent people. Unfortunate ride disturbance and vibration on latest, just purchased Elantra. Three visits, 2 la Great Dealership, friendly and competent people. Unfortunate ride disturbance and vibration on latest, just purchased Elantra. Three visits, 2 lasting 4 hours each, problem resolved. Rides smoother at all speeds and steering is much crisper. However I have no idea what was done or if there are any worries down the road. Zero communication. Service writers last update was "maybe a transmission?", shortly after which was given my keys and a curt "cars in the drive, good to go". No details or even a courteous, thanks for being so patient. Good technicians, service department, unfortunately Jeffery is the sole disappointment in the whole experience. Have left phone messages, no one has responded. Really would just like to know what services were done and if there may be any future concerns. More
