Left you a message around 11 am today with my contact info. I called your dealership last night around 8 pm requesting your email address but they would not give it to me. Indicated that they would have a manager call me to discuss why I wanted to email you. That was nearly 24 hours ago and still no call. Sounds like your managers are trying to shield you from calls from unhappy customers. I continue to be disappointed in the service from your dealership. I can tell you that I don’t have confidence that your team could service my new Palisade, given the follow up activity I have experienced so far. We will be taking the Palisade to Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel for routine service going forward. I would still request that you allow us to return the Palisade to your dealership and refund our $2000 down payment. This should not be an issue since your finance guy,Julian Morales, advised me just a few days ago that our loan has still not been funded.
