After exhausting conversation they agreed to sign a cancellation form (that signed by the finance manager!!!) and I have been told that in 6-8 weeks I should get my new balance. 3 months passed, the balanced remained the same and I’m keeping to pay for service I don’t want!!! I tried of course to call them again , emails and nothing!!Im going together with my attorney to sue them!!! Please for your own good stay away from that dealership!!! We will meet in court!! More
Please DO NOT BUY a car from here. My daughter purchased a used car from here a few months ago. From the finance manager to the service department it has been a nightmare. My daughter was told her brakes need to be replaced, and Juan the salesman gave her the run around after the purchase. He never called her back or the sales manager. I traded in my 2020 Palisade and I had GAP on the vehicle. I did all the necessary paperwork to cancel this warranty so I could get the remaining balance back. I have been dealing with Derrick in finance through this process and let me tell you the communication has been AWFUL! Here we are 3 months later and I still have not received my check. Derrick stated on October 27th that the dealership would be mailing me a check, he also a few days before that apologized for the inconvenience(the only time he has apologized) . Well a week and a half went by and I texted him yet again asking for an update and his exact response was "The gap has been cancelled, talked to the cancellation clerk today, their probably waiting to mail the check to you but it does take 3-4 weeks". WAIT WHAT?!? Mind you this was November 16th he said this. So what he is telling me is he basically flat out lied to me and said "we will be mailing you a check next week" however that was not the case! Now all of a sudden its "waiting" to be mailed and it takes 3-4 weeks! this is NOT what I was told NOR should this be okay. Someone, somewhere dropped the ball and I am BEYOND frustrated and being lied to. Once I received that response from him I told him that is not what you told me and I asked for his bosses number, well guess what?? I obviously got no response back. I am so annoyed at this process and how crappy a company can be to flat out lie and waste my time. I have tried emailing the general manager Jose on this matter and still have gotten no response. I have had multiple issues with this dealership and continue to have more. It has become very apparent that no one in this dealership, including the owner or upper management know how to operate a phon continue to have more. I’ve been promised multiple times that I will receive a call back regarding important information pertaining to getting my car fixed, which I never receive. I’ve also been promised calls from management and the owner because of multiple bad experiences, one of which actually resulted in a large layout from Hyundai. I have still yet to ever speak to a manager or owner about any of the multiple issues I’ve had. I recommend to anyone to avoid Hyundai in general because in my experience they make garbage cars. But if you happen to get tricked into buying on of these cars avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I spent the entire morning, and half of my afternoon at the place because my car was never taken in to get done what needed to get done. My appointment was at 9:00 in the morning and I didn't come out unti the place because my car was never taken in to get done what needed to get done. My appointment was at 9:00 in the morning and I didn't come out until 3:00 pm. Jeffrey Martinez is the person who was to attend me and help with the changes my car needed. I was there for my breaks to get fixed. I stopped by twice, and both times I got responses other than "I don't know", and not a single worker bothered to even check on the situation to figure out what was going on, and let me know why the car had not been taken care of during the entire 6 hours my car was there. I wasted an entire day and I was not able to work at all. And at the end of the day, the car never got its service done. Disappointing. More
Worst dealer ship I have ever delt with! I brought my 2019 Hyundai Ellantra in for A recall for the engine. I had to get a rental car, literally two hours later they called me and tell me that my car passed the recall Test and I can pick it up but had a whole list of things that I need to fix petty things like windshield wipers and this and that. Mind you my car only has 1400 miles on it. So long story short I pick up my car drive straight home. The next day I get into the car and my check engine light is on. I called and I’m told I need to come in on Monday I don’t have to have a reservation so now this is two Mondays in a row that I have to miss work to deal with car issues. I explained to them that I was available Saturday and they said they were too busy. I am very unsatisfied with courtesy Hyundai! And I absolutely hope they make this crap right! And my service assistant Jeffrey Martinez really was not that great he only returned one of my phone calls. And when I did speak to him I felt rushed off the phone like I was bothering him or asking stupid questions. When I did come to pick my car up he literally ran in the back. Very unacceptable. I also have a car through Ford and I am never treated this way and my car is always taken care of! More
This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with buying a car. First of all I got the 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL. I test drove it and everything. The next day I came in after work to sign the rest of my documents and pick up my car. As soon as I drove it off of the lot that night. The head gasket blew while I was going over the skyway bridge. You can imagine how scary that all was. Especially for a young adult. I had them tow it back. I wasn’t able to get my own car back that night. The next day they told me that they would put me in a new car. I resigned the contract again. Walked outside when they had the new car ready for me and it wasn’t even the same color car that I bought. I was very upset with how they treated me. Also, before walking out with the financial advisor. I made sure that I had every single package for my car. I triple checked that I did. Turned out I didn’t. He never put my road hazard package on my lease. They did absolutely nothing to help me. More
