Just so disappointed in everything about this place except Briana. I have had my car here several times and NO ONE returns calls, confirms, or communicates unless you call and Briana will go out of her except Briana. Its close so it seems I had no choice and my car has a blown motor and been there since Easter. I need my car. No rental, no communication, and lots of excuses. I need an advisor who communicates better. I know things are crazy and yall are busy but people cant work without cars sometimes especially in my line of work. Thank you again for having Briana. She is wonderful and kind. More
after 2 days of trying to get ahold of anyone i finally drove over to dealer to make sure the part that was needed for my vehicle recall was available for my appointment. As i walked to receptionist i was drove over to dealer to make sure the part that was needed for my vehicle recall was available for my appointment. As i walked to receptionist i was greeted by BRIANA, she took my information and went to find out about my inquiry, she offered me coffee or water while she proceeded to help me. She came back and explained what my recall was and that it was going to be taken car of during my appointment the next day. Her willingness to help me was a welcome one, after my previous encounters at this dealership. Briana is doing the job that others are being paid to do, she should be compensated for her excellent customer service and her friendliness and compassion. You should use BRIANA'S work ethic in your training to other employees. BRIANA for sure changed my mind about Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa. More

Purchased a used 2018 Santa Fe in February 2021. From Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa, FL. Within three weeks I noticed that the paint was coming off from the roof panel. Took it to the dealership who received approval from Hyundai Motors to paint the area that was damaged. After a year of poor communication from the service department they finally made a decision to not paint my vehicle using the excuse “they had no one to paint it”. The dealership, owns Courtesy Collision behind them. The Collision Center wii do the work but they are not getting an approval from the dealership (who will be paid by Hyundai Motors for the painting) to complete the work. So quick to sell me a car with a paint defect but now will not make it right. If you are shopping for a Hyundai look anywhere but Courtesy Collision. More

The times ive been here nobody has had the decency of explaining anythi g, they just do my oils changes without charging me without caring they are doing it incorrectly and they reset the dash again wrong. Today 4/16/22 i was told, " you are not due for oil change" i questioned it cause the dash is saying im due for service, on tip of that i was told " you already used your free oil changes" i was like what are you talking about? Well, previous service guys were not honest enough to tell me, " you oil change is due every 7,500 miles, in the meantime they did the change and reset my dash for 3,000 miles again. Now im pissed cause i lost thanks to the dealer and the poor service the service dept employees have to use my 4 oil changes free, just because they suck and were not doing their job correctly. Soo annoyed and disappointed how this people take advantage of people. So, technically they were changing my oil change wrong the whole time. Reseting the dash wrong the whole time, Poor service and very dishonest people working here and for me they dont know what they are doing. I guess I'll be taking my business else where More

I bought brand new Hyundai Tucson 2022 from that dealership, they used sales manipulation and lies to sell me the extend warranty. after 20 days I changed my mind and tried to cancel it, they didn’t dealership, they used sales manipulation and lies to sell me the extend warranty. after 20 days I changed my mind and tried to cancel it, they didn’t answer to the phone, emails or anything else so I had to go there physically!!! After exhausting conversation they agreed to sign a cancellation form (that signed by the finance manager!!!) and I have been told that in 6-8 weeks I should get my new balance. 3 months passed, the balanced remained the same and I’m keeping to pay for service I don’t want!!! I tried of course to call them again , emails and nothing!!Im going together with my attorney to sue them!!! Please for your own good stay away from that dealership!!! We will meet in court!! More
Please DO NOT BUY a car from here. My daughter purchased a used car from here a few months ago. From the finance manager to the service department it has been a nightmare. My daughter was told her brakes need to be replaced, and Juan the salesman gave her the run around after the purchase. He never called her back or the sales manager. These people are unprofessional and could care less about doing reputable business. More
