I’m not particularly impressed with the dealership having had a near rancid experience with Ray, until I swiftly requested another sales associate from the manager. Then enters Mega. Just like his name, he is Mega-PHENOMENAL. He was professional, responsive, efficient and went above and beyond, by going to pick up my new car, himself, just so I was able to get it on time. Who does that? Mega. Carlos is also superb. They are spectacular. If you want to buy a car, seek either of these men. You can thank me later. More

Rixar13 Zero Rating - 0 Worst experience of all my car dealing. Sold me a used car which Charles claimed was new but had 1.800 miles odometer, Clearly NOT NEW. Had continuous problems with no asstistance dealing. Sold me a used car which Charles claimed was new but had 1.800 miles odometer, Clearly NOT NEW. They may act like they care when selling the car but that's where the service ends. Edit: it is now May 22 and still no car. The explanation this time: "the 2 new catalytic converters made the two old catalytic converters blow up. This is including the past (nearly) 40 days. So I'll be waiting as long as it takes I guess. I will edit and add dates as they come. (The moral is still not to waste you frustration level). These people have made me lose my 💩 at a much higher level than I like or am used to. I don't trust them as a corporate entity . You ultimately will not either. You were warned. They have had my car for 40 days. I had to completely lose my religion to get an update. They said my car would finally be ready on Friday May 19th (it has been there since April 14th) .... today is Wednesday May 24th and it is still not ready. This is for warranty work on the catalytic converters AFTER a supposed (not under warranty) probably with the differential bushing. After the bushing repair they said I must pay the $1500.00 bill before they can "open a new ticket" for the warranty work. I paid the bill over the phone A MONTH AGO and I still have no car. This is on a 2016 Genesis with 51k miles and very well maintained by me. Garage kept etc. Just buy any other car from any other maker at any other dealership More

I've been calling the dealership about my car service for 2 weeks. They will not call me back. I've emailed every person I can have not received a response.
