The explanation this time: "the 2 new catalytic converters made the two old catalytic converters blow up. This is including the past (nearly) 40 days. So I'll be waiting as long as it takes I guess. I will edit and add dates as they come. (The moral is still not to waste you frustration level). These people have made me lose my 💩 at a much higher level than I like or am used to. I don't trust them as a corporate entity . You ultimately will not either. You were warned. They have had my car for 40 days. I had to completely lose my religion to get an update. They said my car would finally be ready on Friday May 19th (it has been there since April 14th) .... today is Wednesday May 24th and it is still not ready. This is for warranty work on the catalytic converters AFTER a supposed (not under warranty) probably with the differential bushing. After the bushing repair they said I must pay the $1500.00 bill before they can "open a new ticket" for the warranty work. I paid the bill over the phone A MONTH AGO and I still have no car. This is on a 2016 Genesis with 51k miles and very well maintained by me. Garage kept etc. Just buy any other car from any other maker at any other dealership More

I've been calling the dealership about my car service for 2 weeks. They will not call me back. I've emailed every person I can have not received a response. Happy customer with my new Hyundai Tucson Sel. I was having a hard time going back and forth between the Kia and Hyundai. Jarrid at Hyundai was awesome. Let's be real. If you are buying a car, the experience will be fine. They want your money and you need a car. I bought my Hyundai in Brandon and they closed service center temporarily and moved us to this location. Boy doesn't matter if you are first in line for first appointment of day or 11am. You'll be waiting 3+ hours. After a few occurrences of this, I got curious. Stacked a camera in my car to send images every minute. Watched my car sit parked outside for an hour and 35 minutes before it was pulled into service. So really what is the point of appointment times. Service was quick, under 15 minutes but then it took staff based on my images 21 minutes to text me to approve additional services. That is presumably why my car was moved back into a parking spot outside. Once approved, I waited another 24 minutes for my car to go back inside for the additional service. Sub 10 minutes later and my car is back in a parking spot. Now the painful part. Waiting for a complete car that took another 18 minutes for me to be alerted that car was ready. Now that I have an idea of all the idle wasted time, I'm more upset. I guess it was a blessing to hear my service discounts had expired. I won't be back. More
