This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Carlos, my salesmen was awesome in showing me the Palisade I wanted to buy and informing me of the differences. Jose, the sales manager was very responsive as I text him all day asking questions and prices. Mega was awesome in teaching me how to use all the great features on the 2024 Palisade and even stayed well after closing to make sure I understood everything about the car. Momenul in financing was quick and efficient when it came to signing all the paperwork. I got a great price for my car, everyone was extremely accommodating, no high pressure sale tactics, so basically everything you want when buying a new car. More
My first experience with Courtesy, service department was a disaster. I scheduled the appt online for my first 5k check-up. Scheduling was easy and received an email confirming the appt for 4:20pm. Upon was a disaster. I scheduled the appt online for my first 5k check-up. Scheduling was easy and received an email confirming the appt for 4:20pm. Upon arriving at the dealership, I noticed that there were quite a few people waiting in the lobby. Scott, the service advisor told me it should take an hour to perform. When I asked about the issues i was experiencing with my Santa Cruz, I was told that they did not have time to diagnose and had to reschedule. I was discouraged but stated I would reschedule. After waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours and noticed that I was the only person sitting in the lobby at 6pm, I went to the service desk looking for my service advisor who apparently had left for the day. I found another advisor and asked how long it was going to be for my vehicle to be finished - he looked confused. He looked on the computer, in the repair shop and could not find my paperwork. Finally, he noticed the paperwork laying on the end of the counter as he was about inquire with the service manager. Next he had the find the vehicle as the service gates were closed. It was found outside in a parking space. The car was dirty and it looked like all that was done was to put down the service mat on the floor and plastic seat covers. I am still unsure if the vehicle ever received the servicing. In summation, they lost my vehicle, kept me waiting in the lobby, couldn't address my vehicle issues. Lastly, the service department texted me a survey and I gave them one star. It appears to me if they were concerned, they would have contacted me to attempt to resolve my issues. Not. Will not be returning for service. More
