They played hardball at first but once they knew we were serious buyers, they gave us a great deal and rather fast processing. We test drove on a Saturday, then went back Sunday to purchase. Very little help when I bought the car. The salesperson was in such a rush to get rid of us, it was a ridiculous experience. After the sale was completed, we became an imposition. My first experience with the service was a disgrace- waited 4 1/2 HOURS to get the work done. My last five cars were Cadillacs or Mercedes. I always received my car returned to my washed. NOT AT COURTESY HYUNDAI. That’s strange- I was told I was buying a luxury car but I’m not treated like a luxury customer. Most of my sales people I’ve had in the past have been pro-acted making sure I knew how to contact them. Not at Courtesy. I guess they don’t care about repeat customers. I guess the reason for that is if you want repeat customers, you have to provide good (or great ) customer service. Courtesy is not set up to do that. Never again. More

Big thanks to Ben at Courtesy Hyundai and Courtesy Genesis. Initially I came in for an oil change and was in and out quickly. It was at the time I noticed there was an engine light on. Ben quickly go Genesis. Initially I came in for an oil change and was in and out quickly. It was at the time I noticed there was an engine light on.
